About the Job

LifeWise is seeking a gospel-centered, results-driven and detail-oriented National Growth Representative to join our team.  This position will report to the Vice President of Growth and will be focused on cultivating community interest and  growing LifeWise across the nation. The National Growth Representative will do this by managing and engaging an individual pipeline of community members, inspiring them in advancing the LifeWise mission. 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ambassador and spokesperson for LifeWise in new communities and cultivate interest and action in the community
  • Own the engagement of assigned leads while identifying and contributing to strategies that drive expansion into new and unreached communities
  • Identify community members who express readiness to take the next step of involvement for their community and support the formation of local Steering Committees
  • Execute growth strategies to achieve ambitious quarterly and annual growth targets
  • Track all growth activity and interactions using Salesforce, analyzing data to optimize pipeline growth
  • Represent LifeWise at local and national conferences and events
  • Maintain a high volume of consistent outreach, follow-up and responsiveness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other business units to ensure aligned efforts and achieve strong, measurable results

Qualifications

  • A mature personal Christian faith that is consistent with the LifeWise Statement of Faith
  • Proven strength in managing pipelines, driving business development, and bringing a well-rounded set of capabilities to the role.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development with proven quota attainment preferred
  • Entrepreneurial, self starter mindset with the ability to thrive in an autonomous remote environment and maintain a high level of daily activity without direct supervision.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot) and consultative growth/sales methodologies
  • Demonstrates coachability and desire to stay engaged in process-driven work
  • Task-oriented with a high level of tenacity and daily activity
  • Commitment, competence and drive, with exceptional communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to motivate and inspire community members while casting a clear vision
  • Occasional travel to support national events, including overnight stays as needed

Salary and Benefits

  • Starting at $65,000 per year, negotiable based on experience
