Job Description

Preferred
• At least 3 years’ experience in Sitecore CMS projects (v6 and v7), Experience in version 8 is an advantage.
• Strong technical hands on knowledge of Sitecore including best practices and features.
• Good understanding of Web development, information architecture, CMS and integrated technologies
• Ability to map loosely defined business requirements to specific technical solutions
• Experience in design and development of multi lingual / multi country websites.
• Strong experience in high level and detailed solution design and build validation. Experience in content migration projects
• Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX and JQUERY, Responsive Web Design
• Strong ASP.NET C# experience (framework v2, v3.5, v4) and MVC framework
• Strong knowledge of IIS, Team Foundation Server
• Solid programming knowledge of the following databases (MS SQL Server and Oracle)
• Demonstrated experience in integration using APIs and webservices
• Must have at least 4 years .NET project related experience

• Presentation - specifically Web Controls
• Placeholder framework
• Rules framework
• Binding content and presentation
• Workflow engine
• Platform administration and tuning
• Experience in analyzing and resolving performance issues with Sitecore CMS
• Specifically for Sitecore, Sitecore API, Kernel and Sitecore. Client libraries. Sitecore concepts including Layouts, Sub layouts, Templates, CM/CD environments, Sitecore caching, Serialization, Sitecore configuration, Sitecore deployment, Security etc.
• Track record of leading a Sitecore development team of at least 6 developers.
• Strong Analytical skills
• Conversant with release management
• Conversant with unit testing automation

Qualifications

Qualifications Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
