Job Description

Position Title: .NET Developer

Location: Chicago, IL

Hire Type: Full Time Only  

Job Description:-

• Engages and assists the product owners to ensure that work requests are properly articulated, prioritized and detailed for developers. 

• Must work in an Agile environment. 

• Must provide task breakouts of and estimation of work to Product Manager 

• Must be able to assist Tech Leads in designing solutions and must write quality software based on the designs and specifications 

• Must write technical specs 

• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities 

• Effective communication skills

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: 

• MS Degree in Computer Science or related field or BS Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years’ employment in a Software Development position. 

• Technology Experience with: SQLServer 2008-2014, .NET 4.0+, Entity Framework or similar ORM, AngularJS, jQuery, WebAPI, RESTful API, CSS for web applications, C#

Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA’s): 

• Experience in media and/or advertising technology – including knowledge of major ad-servers, DSPs and buying platforms (Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.) 

• Experience in building and shaping data or workflow driven web applications 

• Experience with Git

Supervisory responsibilities

The Software Developer will have no supervisory responsibilities, but must function well within project teams, working with Product Managers, tech leads, and other team members.
