Provides general outpatient neurology care in a physician-led, collaborative network. The role includes Monday through Friday clinic hours, access to internal referrals and multidisciplinary providers, and support from ambulatory imaging, laboratory, therapy, nurse triage, and Epic EHR resources. The neurologist will practice autonomously while delivering individualized, evidence-based patient care in Hoffman Estates.

- Monday-Friday clinic hours from 8:00am-4:30pm

Compensation & Benefits
- The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $350,000 - $400,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $400,000 - $550,000.
