However, this position is remote and can be located anywhere in the US. We are looking for a NEW BUSINESS SALES PRODUCER to join our firm. The New Business Sales Producer will join a best-in-class sales team and will be responsible for driving operating routines and the best practices that deliver optimal results for new premium and policy growth.  This role is responsible for consultative sales to small business owners and acting as the trusted advisor to new clients.

This position is hybrid and can be located anywhere in the US. 

Responsibilities of the Sales Producer:

  • Develop and calculate suitable plans utilizing consultative sales skills, building trust, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions

  • Conducting a high volume of quality sales calls with Small Business clients

  • Present and sell small business insurance policies to new clients through policy quoting, binding, and issuing in carriers proprietary quoting systems

  • Possesses a general knowledge and understanding of the Small Commercial market; ability to differentiate between carriers' offerings and make suggestions to our customers that best suit their needs 

  • Financial Acumen and basic understanding of Small Commercial insurance underwriting principles. 

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with commercial underwriters

  • Technology Proficiency (MS Office) 

  • Effective in building relationships in an all-virtual environment

  • Effectively managing multiple initiatives, projects, and tasks focused on creating desired outcomes that align with Insureon’s behaviors 

  • Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent work experience

  • Demonstrates a continuing commitment to personal development

  • 2+ years of Prior sales experience as a Commercial Lines insurance producer

  • P&C license required

Compensation:

Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $70,000-$73,000, with an additional quarterly bonus structure based on individual performance. This compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.
