  • Identify potential risks, troubleshoot issues, and develop strategies to keep projects on track and meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure projects are routed for proper approval, record all sign-offs, and archive final creative deliverables; deliver branded content and key art to stakeholders and outside requesters as needed.

  • Help maintain and roll out style guides, toolkits, and GFX packages to ensure deliverables meet required quality and brand standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years of Creative Services experience in a cable, broadcast, on-air, boutique agency, or post-production environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder and client management skills, with proven ability to navigate detailed conversations and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or similar).
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud and graphic design file formats, with familiarity across video, print, and digital media production; website development knowledge a plus.
