North America Digital Solutions Key Account Director

Prysmian is seeking a Key Account Director to share our fiber and connectivity solution strategy, strengthening our relationships with major providers in the industry.

The Key Account Director will lead Prysmian’s North America key accounts team for large telecom accounts.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy for the company’s largest customers.

· Establish executive relationships with customers to understand their evolving business needs.

· Strategize and implement a multi-year revenue growth plan.

· Lead team of key account managers to drive growth across multiple product lines.

· Collaborate with customer stakeholders across engineering, procurement, operations, and leadership functions to align solutions with future infrastructure requirements.

· Lead complex sales opportunities and strategic contract negotiations.

· Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to develop customer-specific value propositions.

· Represent Prysmian at industry events, customer forums, and executive leadership discussions as a key voice within the hyperscale market.

· Foster alignment across Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Marketing, and R&D organizations.

· Provide market insights and strategic guidance to executive leadership regarding industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within technology, telecommunications, infrastructure, manufacturing, or related industries.

· Proven success leading commercial organizations and managing complex, enterprise-level customer engagements.

· Significant experience negotiating strategic contracts, multi-year supply agreements, and executive-level commercial partnerships.

· Experience leading and influencing cross-functional global teams.

· Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, fiber optic technologies, networking, connectivity solutions, or related technologies.

· Ability to travel globally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

· MBA or advanced degree.

· Experience working directly with telecom providers

· Knowledge of fiber optic connectivity, structured cabling, and fiber connectivity

· Experience within a global manufacturing organization.

· Background in product strategy, technology commercialization, or market development.
