Job Description

As a North American Service Parts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing key supply chain processes to ensure operational efficiency and support business objectives. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of handling a diverse set of responsibilities from new product setup to strategic forecasting and reporting.

You will collaborate with various teams, including product management, engineering, repair ops, sales, order management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain functions. Your ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple priorities will be essential for success.

Responsibilities
  • LTB (Last Time Buy) Process: Manage the end-to-end Last Time Buy process, identifying parts nearing obsolescence, determining inventory needs, and coordinating with suppliers to place final orders for Land Mobile Radio (LMR) devices.
  • Part Setup: Oversee the setup of new and updated parts. This includes managing Uprev (revision updates) for existing parts and NPI (New Product Introduction) for new products, ensuring accuracy and smooth transitions within our systems.
  • Bridge Buy: Coordinate interim purchases of parts to bridge the gap during supply chain changes or supplier transitions, preventing production delays.
  • Forecasting: Develop and manage demand forecasts, utilizing historical data and market trends to ensure accurate inventory planning.
  •  North America Committed View Weekly Reporting: Establish and maintain an NA CV, working closely with finance, DC teams, and delivery management to set and achieve quarterly goals.
  • Inventory Control Holds Management: Oversee the management of parts designated for inventory control  holds, ensuring proper inventory control and disposition.
  • Right to Repair: Manage processes and inventory related to the "Right to Repair" initiatives, ensuring necessary parts are available to customers and authorized service centers.
  • Repair Depot Support: Support and manage the transition (cutover) of supply chain processes and data to or from the supplier repair facility.
  • Part Inquiries & Pricing: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding part availability, orderability, and specifications. Manage the pricing of parts, orderability, and adhere to UL compliance when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a supply chain or logistics role.

  • Experience with demand forecasting, inventory management, and supplier coordination.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Oracle EBS).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Target Base Salary Range: $65,900  - $85,000
