Job Description: A Faith Regional Manager is responsible for working with and serving pastors and ministry leaders, launching new Faith Groups, mobilizing local leaders for various events and initiatives, all while building a strong network throughout the territory.

Faith Regional Managers are also responsible for connecting with interested leads; starting groups and building a strong, long-lasting pastors coalition; equipping Christians with our resources; organizing local initiatives; conducting outreach to prospective members; giving oral presentations; importing and organizing data; and networking on behalf of the organization at events and conferences.

The ideal candidate works as a team to ensure the success of Faith Groups, local initiatives, and the Faith Strategic Program overall. The ideal candidate will first fit the company culture, embodying the following traits: grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation. The Faith Regional Manager reports directly to the Senior Strategic Managers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience on staff at a church.
  • Ethical and responsible behavior managing corporate expense accounts.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people.
  • Knowledge of project management software  (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (X, Instagram, and Facebook).
  • Passion for conservative ideals and principles.
  • Positive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative.
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsive, demonstrating ethical and responsible behavior.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment. 
  • Proven leadership development.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without the need for constant supervision.
  • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned. 
  • Receives and applies feedback constructively to improve performance. 
  • Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs.
