POSITION SUMMARY
NPC/NPC-L Program & Exercise Logistics Manager to manage negatively pressurized conex readiness assets, global transportation, exercise support, warranty/repair actions, costs, risk, and program documentation for Aeromedical Evacuation and En Route Care missions. Location of work is at Scott AFB, IL.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and monitor NPC/NPC-L readiness assets and recommend sustainment, operational, and administrative improvements.
- Plan and coordinate global transportation, HAZDEC documentation, deployment, redeployment, maintenance, warranty, and repair actions.
- Develop and update CONOPS, TTPs, METLs, MISCAP/UTC inputs, deployment processes, branch goals, and emerging-technology recommendations.
- Track repair, maintenance, transportation costs, asset value, risk, and corrective actions and brief branch leadership.
- Support AE/CCATT exercises, working groups, AARs, equipment taskings, MOAs, outside-agency coordination, and reconstitution tracking.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing DoD medical logistics, deployable systems, global transportation, exercise support, or contingency-response equipment.
- Ability to coordinate HAZDEC/HAZMAT movement documentation, maintenance and repair actions, cost/risk tracking, and after-action reporting.
- Experience with exercise planning, deployment/redeployment, CONOPS/TTPs, or UTC/METL processes.
- Current Tier 3 investigation with Secret eligibility and enrollment in Continuous Vetting; ability to obtain and maintain interim or final Secret access, CAC, system access, and required Government training.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Direct NPC/NPC-L, AE, CCATT, En Route Care, patient isolation, or expeditionary medical experience.
- AMC exercise, global patient movement, HAZMAT transportation, or medical logistics program-management experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
- Full-time, primarily onsite at Scott AFB, Illinois, during Government core hours of Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; short-notice schedule adjustments may be required.
- Telework is not guaranteed and may be authorized only when the Government and contract permit situational telework.
- The role may require CONUS/OCONUS temporary-duty travel for meetings, site surveys, training, exercises, testing, or mission support, including possible travel aboard DoD aircraft.
Salary Range: $47 - $58 per hour
