National Star Services is a 28-year-old facility management company providing services nationwide. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Office Administration professional to join our team in Chicago, IL 60608.


This is a temporary assignment with the opportunity to become a permanent employee for the right candidate.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing accurate data entry.
  • Preparing and processing customer invoices.
  • Maintaining and organizing customer files and records.
  • Providing excellent customer service over the phone and in person.
  • Assisting with general administrative and accounting support duties.
  • Performing additional office-related duties as assigned.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Assignment Dates: (4 weeks total)

  • July 13, 2026 – August 3, 2026
  • August 24, 2026 – August 28, 2026
  • Temp-to-Hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Pay Rate:

  • $20.00 per hour
  • Biweekly Pay

Requirements

  • Must provide two valid forms of identification.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly encouraged.
  • Must provide an updated resume.
  • General Understanding Of Accounting Principles.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks. Experience with other office and accounting software
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test.
  • Available to begin the assignment on July 13, 2026.
