Office Administrator
City Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Administrator to support daily dealership operations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth administrative, accounting, and operational workflows across departments including sales, service, and finance.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Office Support
- Assist in managing daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Answer phones, greet customers, and direct inquiries professionally
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Support dealership leadership with reporting and documentation
- Process deals and assist with deal breakdowns
- Submit contracts and paperwork to banks and lenders
- Assist with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) tasks
- Reconcile transactions and assist with month-end close
Operational Support
- Assist HR/payroll as needed (timecards, onboarding paperwork, etc.)
- Process daily deposits and maintain cash logs
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth workflow
What You’ll Need
- Previous automotive dealership experience preferred (office, accounting, or title work)
- Strong understanding of dealership processes (deals, funding, titling) is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) preferred
