📍 On-site, in Grayslake, Illinois. Office hours are 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. We believe in a collaborative team environment to support you throughout the day.

💰 Competitive $70,000+ base salary, commensurate with experience, plus regular performance reviews.

Requirements

Your Role

* Streamline operations to support growth.

* Serve as the owner's go-to for office administration.

* Organize and maintain office operations.

* Manage the firm’s calendar.

* Handle document collection and filing. Draft basic legal documents.

* Oversee client communications and phone support.

* Maintain office areas and systems.

* Develop systems and forms as needed.

* Guide clients through onboarding with clarity and care.

* Follow up on accounts receivable.

* Track task management throughout the firm.

* Provide support to attorneys as needed.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or its equivalent (required); college degree preferred.

* Law firm experience required.

* Law firm management experience is a plus; Criminal law office experience a plus; Law firm experience required.

* Clio software knowledge.

* Highly organized and detail oriented.

* Proactive to solve problems and think ahead.
