This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data, compliance reporting, scheduling, and employee records. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support that helps ensure smooth daily operations while contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
What You'll Do- Maintain employee schedules, timekeeping, and attendance records
- Process and track time-off requests
- Provide administrative support for compliance and regulatory reporting
- Enter, maintain, and verify data with a high degree of accuracy
- Process employee-related paperwork and departmental documentation
- Assist with tracking deadlines and maintaining organized records
- Communicate professionally with employees, managers, and leadership
- Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative support experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Intermediate Excel skills, including creating spreadsheets and utilizing formulas
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or a regulated environment is preferred but not required
- Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- $18.00 - $23.00/hour
