Description

Position: Office Manager

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9A-5P

Status: Full-time (Exempt)

Silver Star Protection Group is seeking an energetic, organized, and proactive Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating an efficient, welcoming, and well-managed workplace. This is not an Executive Assistant role. We're looking for someone who will take ownership of our corporate office, anticipate needs, solve problems, and continuously look for ways to improve daily operations.

As the Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the corporate office, coordinate vendor and insurance relationships, manage company assets and office services, support compliance initiatives, and help ensure the office operates efficiently every day. Success in this role requires someone who embraces change, welcomes new ideas, and is always looking for opportunities to make the workplace better for both employees and guests.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage conference room scheduling, office supplies, mail, and general office services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, visitors, and incoming telephone calls.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, equipment, and facility needs to ensure an efficient work environment.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the Company's insurance brokers, carriers, and office vendors.
  • Manage vendor relationships for office services, facilities, telecommunications, and other operational needs.
  • Coordinate the administration of company assets, including cell phones, company vehicles, credit cards, and office equipment.
  • Assist with business licenses, permits, and other compliance-related documentation.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned by leadership.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Silver Star Executives

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of office management and administration, business administration, operations, or related experience.
  • Experience coordinating vendors and office operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
