About the role

As an Onboarding Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our newly signed operator partners successfully launch with Playson as quickly and smoothly as possible. Acting as the bridge between Sales, Technical Integration, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Account Management, you'll coordinate every stage of the onboarding journey from contract signature through to go-live.

This is a unique opportunity that combines project management, customer relationship management and commercial execution. You'll manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, working closely with operators, aggregators and internal stakeholders to remove blockers, keep projects on track and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.

Success in this role is measured by your ability to drive projects forward, shorten time-to-launch and ensure every customer begins their partnership with Playson in the best possible way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the onboarding process for newly signed operator partners from contract signing through to successful go-live.

  • Coordinate multiple onboarding and integration projects simultaneously across global markets.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

  • Work closely with Technical Integration to coordinate API integrations, product configuration and launch readiness.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Account Management to ensure all onboarding milestones are delivered on time.

  • Create and manage project plans, timelines and launch checklists, proactively identifying and resolving risks.

  • Coordinate commercial launch activities, including game positioning and promotional opportunities to maximise launch success.

  • Keep customers informed throughout the onboarding journey by providing clear communication and managing expectations.

  • Continuously improve onboarding processes and project management practices to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-market.

  • Build strong internal and external relationships while delivering exceptional customer service throughout every project.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience within the B2B iGaming industry, ideally working with operators, suppliers or aggregators.

  • Previous experience managing customer onboarding, implementation, integration or customer success projects.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Good understanding of API integrations, technical implementation processes and product releases.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commercial mindset with the confidence to manage customer expectations and support successful product launches.

  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining a high level of ownership and accountability.

  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp or similar.

Nice to have

  • Experience working on the supplier side of the iGaming industry.

  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

  • Experience coordinating technical integration projects involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Basic understanding of SQL or technical troubleshooting.

  • Experience launching products or coordinating commercial go-live activities.
