Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant. - Coordinate and execute implementation projects for new customers, ensuring timelines and objectives are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, guiding customers through configuration and initial product use
- Deliver training sessions and provide resources to support effective adoption
- Identify and resolve technical or process issues during implementation in collaboration with internal teams
- Document progress and provide clear status updates for each implementation
- Proactively escalate risks or blockers to maintain a smooth customer experience
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management platforms
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Collaborative approach when working with internal teams (Product, Support, Sales)
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or similar roles in SaaS or technology training environments
- Experience coordinating projects and delivering customer training
- Understanding of software adoption processes and best practices for onboarding
