Operations Academy
The Operations Academy at Adyen is dedicated to support the professional and personal growth of our Operations workforce. We create and execute growth enablement programs, aligning with our company’s vision, to empower individuals, teams and leaders through a blend of soft skills and applied hard skills trainings.
As an Operations Academy Program Specialist you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of learning programs to onboard and continuously elevate our talent effectively, while also overseeing the data collection and analysis of our program metrics through our newly implemented learning management system. Your role is pivotal in developing and engaging journey for our future payment rockstars. Within the Academy, you will be responsible for managing the Academy program for our Global Support function ensuring a smooth learning experience across the globe.
What you'll do
- Design and refine comprehensive learning programs, leveraging operational expertise to ensure relevance and effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various teams (L&D, operations leadership, other academies) to tailor learning experiences for our global support teams
- Assess individual and orgnisational learning needs, utilising data analysis to drive informed decision-making and measurable outcomes
- Implement and facilitate scalable training approaches, blending in-person and digital learning methods to optimise engagement and scalability
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of program and learning metrics to evaluate impact and drive continuous improvements in the Operations Academy initiatives
Who you are
- You have a collaborative mindset, adept at building strong networks and working closely with stakeholders to drive impact.
- 2+ years of program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced and global environment.
- Experience in learning and development principles, as program design and facilitation, or experience leading team-wide trainings on soft or hard skills.
- Proficiency with quantitative analysis and analysing performance metrics, ideally in the context of learning and development programs.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; with the ability to harmonize diverse viewpoints;
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- A background in Operations or Support is a plus.
This role is based out of our Chicago office. We value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.
