Saint Anselm College, a Catholic, liberal arts college in the Benedictine tradition, is seeking a full-time Operations Assistant to join the Office of Admission. Reporting to the Director of Admission Operations, the Operations Assistant performs essential operational duties throughout the admission process.

The Operations Assistant will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing the admission decision letter process including proper coding, printing and mailing through our CRM (Slate)
  • Managing Stamps.com membership
  • Data auditing and consolidation of duplicate records
  • Updating historical reports in shared record-keeping folders
  • Assignment of daily tasks to student workers when in office
  • Tracking deposit accounts and incoming payments in conjunction with Student Financial Services
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Admission Operations

Associate’s degree, plus 3-5 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experiences from which comparable skills and knowledge are acquired. Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications, as well as proficiency maintaining database systems and generating excel and database reports. Experience with CRM software a plus. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with prospective students, current students, and other office staff. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with some night and weekend shifts required. Hybrid work schedule with flexibility to be a 10, 11 or 12-month position.
