  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with line managers to review operational procedures, identify inefficiencies, define system requirements, and implement improved solutions.

Administration:

  • Assist with day-to-day office upkeep and general operations.

  • Act as primary administrative support and a key point of contact for the US sales and account management teams.

What we’re looking for:

You’ll likely enjoy this role if you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a sports operations environment.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management capabilities with high attention to detail.

  • A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to work independently, think creatively, follow processes, and make proactive decisions.

  • A strong background in sports organizations and a genuine passion for sport.

What’s in it for you:

  • Growth: Opportunity to transition into expanded or full-time roles within the business over time as the US market grows.

  • A key role in delivering high-quality sports technology used at the highest level of sport

  • Direct impact on the expansion of STATSports across the US market

  • Exposure to both logistical and administrative operations in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaboration with experienced directors, sales executives, and account managers

  • A team culture that values learning, ownership, and shared success

  • The chance to see your work support athletes and teams at the very top of their game
