Business Support Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities  

  • Assist the Director of Operations in daily management of order processing, collections, and warehouse teams 
  • Ensure effective communication between the various departments  
  • Create and maintain schedules 
  • Assist in the hiring and training of new employees 
  • Manage company returns and complaint handling 
  • Generate necessary reports 
  • Track KPIs 
  • Manage escalated customer inquires and issues 
  • Update customer account records 

Requirements 

  • Prior experience as an Operations Associate or similar role 
  • Highly organized 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong computer proficiency (especially Microsoft products, Excel) 
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods of time and move through a facility that is approximately 20,000 sq ft. 
  • Willingness to become forklift certified (prior forklift experience a plus)
