The preference for this position is to be a full time hybrid role that is based in our headquarters of Atlanta, GA.
MedTrans Go's platform acts as a two-sided digital marketplace that matches healthcare facilities/systems ("customers") with businesses and individuals providing services like medical transportation and interpretation ("service partners"). The Operations team oversees the flow of daily transactions and serves as the main points of contact for end-users.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and a drive to streamline and automate Business Operations processes as the business continues to grow.
MedTrans Go is an early-stage startup with room for growth! Compensation packages for this full time position include an annual salary of $50-60K, commensurate with experience, and other benefits.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring daily operational needs are met; handling escalations from the call center regarding immediate customer and partner inquiries/challenges; ensuring ongoing transactions are running smoothly and being closed out in a timely manner
- Tracking metrics such as rate of fulfilled requests, call volume fluctuations, and on-time arrival rates; collaborating with other team members to streamline and/or automate operational processes
- Collaborating with Customer Success to drive technology adoption amongst customers / partners and their end-users; communicating with Technology team to identify errors, bugs, and new feature requests; assisting with QA testing, as needed; proactively identifying and addressing operational and technology gaps/bottlenecks
- Cross collaboration with the Sales, Partner Recruitment, and Customer Success teams with new customer launches - both implementations and expansions; hosting webinars and equipping partners with data; working with Customer Success to identify Preferred Partners for large enterprise customers
- Monitoring Admin Portal for requests that are pending and ensure timely assignment of a partner; ensuring that requests in the "Confirmed" status are moved to the appropriate close-out status within 24 hours of transaction start time; monitoring incoming private pay requests and ensuring partner coverage
- Dispatching / partner communication for same-day / on-demand requests; leading partner re-education and communication of new feature deployments and bug fixes; ensuring partners are compliant and operating in accordance to company Terms of Conditions
Qualifications

- Experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of Operations, Account Management, and/or Customer Success experience
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) familiarity is a plus
- Healthcare experience is a plus
