IPG is seeking an Operations Implementation Specialist to manage and support data exchange between our system and external Benefits Administrators. This role is responsible for setting up and maintaining file feeds, reviewing enrollment data for accuracy, and ensuring smooth file transfers through secure systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has hands-on experience with file encryption tools and file transfer platforms.

Job Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

· File Feed Setup & Management: Partner with Benefits Administrators to establish and maintain eligibility and enrollment file feeds between external systems and our platform.

· File Review & Validation: Review incoming enrollment files for accuracy, completeness, and format compliance based on EDI specs and business rules.

· Secure File Transfer: Manage file uploads from our SFTP connector to our internal Pet Portal platform, ensuring timely and secure delivery.

· Technical Tools Usage: Use Kleopatra for file encryption/decryption and FileZilla for secure FTP file transfers.

· Issue Tracking & Collaboration: Log, track, and manage integration-related tasks and issues using Jira, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve data or connection issues.

· Documentation & Compliance: Maintain thorough documentation of file feed specs, mapping, and transmission schedules. Ensure adherence to data security and privacy standards.

Required Experience:

· 3+ years of relevant experience.

· Solid understanding of EDI file formats and specifications (especially csv files or similar).

· Proficient with SFTP tools and file encryption processes (Kleopatra, FileZilla).

· Familiarity with ticketing/project management tools such as Jira.

· High attention to detail with the ability to detect data anomalies and troubleshoot file issues.

· Strong communication and organizational skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical partners.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education & Relevant Skills:

· Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (1 year of relevant work = 1 year of college).

· Strong written communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

· Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally.

· Experience with benefits platforms such as bswift, ADP, Workday, or similar.

· Knowledge of data handling best practices.

· Prior exposure to pet benefits or pet wellness platforms is a plus, but not required.
