About the Role

R/GA is seeking an Operations Manager, Revenue & Financial Systems to join our global Commercial Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Growth, and Operations - ensuring end-to-end visibility and alignment from pipeline to revenue. 

The Operations Manager, Revenue & Financial Systems is responsible for owning and optimizing the systems, workflows, and data structures that power R/GA’s commercial and financial operations. This role supports administration of multiple financial platforms, such as Netsuite and HubSpot, ERP configuration, financial data integrity, cross-system reconciliation and the growth-to-finance data workflow. 

This role is ideal for a systems-minded operator who combines operational rigor with strong problem-solving skills, process orientation, and a passion for automation, reporting, and analytics. You will help ensure leadership can trust the data, teams can operate more efficiently, and systems evolve alongside the business.

On any given day, you might

Financial Systems & ERP Administration

    • Support administration, configuration, and optimization of NetSuite.
    • Maintain financial data integrity across ERP and connected systems.
    • Support cross-system reconciliation between HubSpot, NetSuite, PM/TM tools, and other enterprise platforms (e.g., Brex / Navan).
    • Operationalize and maintain process improvements through system updates, workflows, permissions, and controls.
    • Assist with system audits, governance activities, and compliance-related requests.

Revenue Operations & Pipeline Management

    • Support HubSpot as the primary CRM and revenue operations platform.
    • Establish pipeline hygiene standards, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent deal data.
    • Define and evolve required fields, stages, workflows, and validation rules to support reliable forecasting and reporting.
    • Partner with Growth, Finance, and Client Leadership teams to ensure pipeline structure aligns with evolving business needs.
    • Manage the end-to-end growth-to-finance data workflow, ensuring clean handoffs between pipeline, forecasting, project setup, and revenue tracking.

Reporting, Analytics & Insights

    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and recurring operational readouts across commercial and financial systems.
    • Enable real-time visibility into key business metrics including pipeline health, forecasting, revenue, utilization, and operational performance.
    • Translate data into actionable insights that support leadership decision-making.
    • Partner with Finance and Operations teams to align reporting definitions, KPIs, and data standards.
    • Leverage AI and automation tools to simplify reporting, consolidate data, and improve operational efficiency.

Data Integrity, Governance & Compliance

    • Own data quality, governance, and system standards across revenue and financial platforms.
    • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of operational and financial data.
    • Manage user access, permissions, and role-based controls across systems.
    • Build trust in reporting and analytics through strong controls, documentation, and reconciliation practices.
    • Support system audit requests, as applicable.

Process Optimization, AI & Automation

    • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions and automation opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and enhance scalability across revenue and finance operations.
    • Leverage AI-enabled tools and intelligent workflows to optimize approvals, notifications, reporting, reconciliations, and cross-system integrations.
    • Continuously improve operational efficiency, scalability, and decision-making through AI-powered process redesign and smarter system architecture.
    • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, automation platforms, and enterprise tools that enhance productivity, workflow efficiency, reporting capabilities, and user experience.
    • Help drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities by educating users, simplifying workflows, and embedding automation into day-to-day operations.

Training, Adoption & Enablement

    • Drive adoption and effective usage of systems and workflows across Growth, Finance, and Client Engagement.
    • Utilize AI to document internal processes, generate scalable knowledge management resources, and improve onboarding, training, and operational support across teams.
    • Design and deliver training sessions, and “cheat sheet” documentation for users.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for system questions, troubleshooting, enhancements, and workflow support.
    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders globally to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure systems evolve alongside business needs.

You Bring

  • 4–6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, Systems Administration, Business Operations, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience managing Netsuite, HubSpot, or comparable CRM/ERP platforms.
  • Experience working with enterprise operational tools and integrations across CRM, ERP, PM/TM, and finance platforms.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, operational reporting, and data governance.
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and operational metrics.
  • Familiarity with automation, AI tools, and process optimization methodologies.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, global, matrixed organizations.

Bonus Points

  • NetSuite Expert or Certification.

This is a US-based remote position. While you can be located anywhere in the United States, working hours are primarily based on Eastern Standard Time (EST), with some flexibility required to collaborate across global teams. Please note that this role also involves periodic travel to NYC for workshops and collaborative team sessions.

The hiring range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s applicable skills, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
