Amazon Marketplace Specialist – Client Services Job Description

ClearCut Analytics is looking for a highly organized and motivated Amazon Marketplace Specialist to join our fast-paced company and growing Client Services team. The Amazon Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Director of Client Services and the Client Service Managers on the team, as well as assisting and executing the day-to-day responsibilities for ClearCut’s Amazon Seller Central clients. As part of a growing team, the Amazon Marketplace Specialist will have the opportunity to learn and grow quickly. The ideal candidate is constantly focused on growing relationships with clients through timely execution and delivering an exceptional client experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop executable success plans for clients and work with Client Service Managers to craft and continuously update strategic account plans
  • Manage and update the online product catalog, including setting up new products and maintaining product and category pages
  • Monitor and report on Amazon performance metrics, sales, competitive listings, and pricing, while making recommendations for optimizations
  • Assist in the collection and distribution of historical sales data at the client and product category-level
  • Monitor marketing execution, traffic and ad performance. Liaison to ensure the right product and the right copy is being used
  • Partner with the Customer Service team to create a positive user experience and cultivate positive reviews
  • Work across the Customer Success team and cross-functionally to ensure we meet/exceed goals related to retention and SLAs
  • Maintain frequent contact with sales and other externally facing teams to ensure customer engagement efforts are aligned
  • Provide targeted project management and ad hoc business analysis support to Client Service Managers

 

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience (Required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with product listing optimization and eCommerce management
  • Comfortable presenting via web meetings with multiple levels in an organization
  • Ability to be strategic, but still roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
