Application Support Technician

Who You Are:

• You are an excellent communicator with strong customer service skills and can work independently as well as within a team environment
• You have hands-on experience dealing with support issues where you were able to troubleshoot and resolve problems capably and in a timely manner
• You are naturally curious and enjoy learning new technologies quickly
• You have strong organizational skills and can prioritize effectively
• You want to work in a fast-paced startup environment

What You Need:

• 4+ years experience in a help desk or technical support role with hands-on experience troubleshooting Mac and PC applications as well as cloud-based applications
• Experience supporting maintenance tasks and application installs following procedures and best practices
• Experience working cross-functionally with other internal or external teams
• Able to work on-call assignments
