SUMMARY:

The AVP of Partnership Services is responsible for driving consistent university partner satisfaction for All Campus client institutions, managing an assigned portfolio of key accounts on a daily basis, while also serving as an executive point of contact for all partnerships, overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of all our client relationships.  The position is expected to provide direct Partnership Services leadership to a larger and/or growing Partnership Service team.  The incumbent will also provide mentorship to other managers and employees within the organization.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coaches, trains, develops, and supervises the Partnership Services team, working closely with the EVP Head of Operations and other department heads.
  • Acts as an executive liaison between the company and partners to drive customer satisfaction and to meet/exceed service level agreements.
  • Participates regularly in client meetings via virtual meeting or in-person.
  • Updates partners on marketing initiatives, operational and process improvements, strategic planning, and other projects.
  • Resolves escalated issues stemming from the Partnership Services team in a timely manner.
  • Assesses potential business development opportunities at existing clients; collaborates with the sales team toward realizing such potential areas for account growth.
  • Collaborates with the following All Campus teams as needed to develop and implement an effective account management strategy: Project Management and Operations, Enrollment and Student Services, Marketing Operations, Market Research, Sales, Creative Design, Digital/Analytics, and Information Technology.
  • Maintains a high level understanding of the company’s products and is able to leverage resources to expedite problem resolutions.
  • Ensures service plans align with revenue objectives.
  • Reviews all client and consumer facing marketing materials and content for dissemination to the assigned university partner(s).
  • Travel is required up to 50%.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:

  • The AVP position requires daily supervisory responsibility over all of the Partnership Services staff toward best meeting business objectives. At the VP level, greater supervisory responsibility over a larger Partnership Service Operations team would be required.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.

  • Bachelor’s degree with focus in business, marketing, or related field.  Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of demonstrated experience with a proven track record in relationship management; agency and/or higher educational experience strongly preferred. Project management experience strongly preferred.

All Campus is currently a remote work culture, we plan to return to the office in a flexible format, when it is safe to do so.
