The Data Warehouse Department within Business Technology is seeking a BI Tools Administrator for the Data Sourcing and Platform Engineering Team. In addition, the candidate must have the ability to think strategically, innovatively and creatively, and have the passion to embrace and drive new ideas in the company with the ability to weigh risk and benefits for initiatives.The team supports production environments requiring 24x7x365 coverage. The BI Tool Administrator is responsible for ensuring responsiveness and resolution to production issues with a support coverage team and act as a point of escalation.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall BI Tool footprint in relation to: The management of our Tableau/Cognos/ESRI tools and the hardware they run on. Coordinate with support teams such as Middleware Ops, Win Ops, and Audit to ensure the environments are running effectively.
• Implement monitors and controls to proactively manage the environment
• Vulnerability remediation
• Manage Server builds / snapshots / and failover procedures
• Maintain critical environmental documentation
• Perform troubleshooting of complex issues and be able to serve as Tier 2/3 support
• Implement analytical frameworks and consolidated dashboard views
• Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Statistics preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Tableau and Microsoft Server operating systems
• 3+ years experience in Information Technology
• 3+ years experience in a Systems Administration role
• Working knowledge across all domains within infrastructure services; Microsoft OS/Hardware/Storage technologies

• Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.
• Excellent analytical ability and experience making data driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal. Must be able to effectively communicate to varying levels of management.
• Linux Knowledge a plus
