JOB DESCRIPTION:
This individual contributor role partners with Broker Strategy leadership and stakeholders in distribution strategy and relationship management for assigned key broker relationships. Collaborates with other functional area leaders, including CNA business units and branch managers, to develop and execute programs and initiatives that strengthen CNA's position as a market leader, align with customer needs and expectations, and help drive customer retention and profit improvement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:
1. Responsible for co-leading key broker relationships as an Executive Broker Manager, developing and executing on annual strategic engagement plans aligning with CNA's grow areas and strengthening broker relationships.
2. Collects broker intelligence detail for key brokers to accurately align growth opportunities.
3. Works in conjunction with business units and branch managers to drive CNA's distribution strategy to advance CNA's market share, visibility and brand with assigned broker assignments.
4. Develops and communicates with field and product leadership engagement plans in place with brokers, ensuring absolute connectivity with agreements and strategy at corporate and field levels.
5. Leads panel RFP efforts with key partners in conjunction with product leadership and marketing on assigned broker relationships.
6. Supports Broker Strategy leaders on various projects within the broker strategy practice.
7. Develops strategy broker materials, templates and process guides for the broker strategy.
8. Leads the development and execution of the customer experience strategy including continuous improvement, best practices, processes, and communications across the organization in accordance with corporate strategic direction.
9. Establishes and maintains strong collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
10. Keeps current on state/territory regulations and issues, industry activity and trends. May represent company in industry trade groups.
11. Identify and leverage opportunities for training for our employees based on customer feedback and customer experience strategies.
12. May source new technologies to enhance customer experience by partnering with IT to pilot and evaluate new functions.
May perform additional duties as assigned.

1. Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and in depth knowledge of the organization's products, policies and procedures.
2. Proven ability to effectively lead and motivate others in accomplishing established goals.

8. Ability to deal with ambiguous situations and issues. Thinks creatively and uses diverse ideas to solve problems in unique and challenging business situations.
9. Ability to achieve results by taking a proactive long-term view of business goals and objectives.
10. Acts with a sense of urgency to advance priorities of the organization. 11. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business related software. Ability to travel to field locations as necessary.
Education & Experience
1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
2. Typically a minimum of 10 years experience in insurance industry.

In certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. In California, Colorado, Connecticut, New York and Washington, the standard base pay range for this role is $78,500 to $301,400 annually.Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
