The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for enabling the productivity of our go-to-market organization through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration on key data projects, and process improvement. You will help scale the business by making data driven decisions to increase operational efficiencies while establishing scalable processes that help fuel our growth. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Business Operations.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Support the Senior Manager of Business Operations in partnering with the leadership team to design and run key operational processes such as: goal setting (OKRs), board materials, company-wide and departmental all hands, operational and strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, leadership and staff meetings
  • Enable our organization to continue to be highly data-driven as we scale by performing ad hoc analyses, building reports, analyzing process effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, make detailed recommendations, and measure impact of changes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, People, Legal and Finance on discrete and special projects, operational reporting, and analytics requests to support their decision making. Ensure work, people, and resources are aligned against highest priorities, and escalate as necessary to resolve misalignments
  • Drive processes end to end with a strong adherence to excellence and quality standards, while anticipating challenges and reacting promptly to necessary changes

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • Amazing follow through, are highly productive and organized and have hands-on experience in data analytics or business operations at a fast-growing startup, and/or management consulting
  • Exceptional data analysis & synthesis skills. You can deeply understand key business questions and leverage analytics to make recommendations. You are also comfortable when data is ambiguous or isn’t easily accessible, and are determined to use the resources available to find the right solution
  • Excited about rolling up your sleeves and getting stuff done in an unstructured environment of a hyper-growth technology startup
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Clari, Marketo, and Google Suite; ability to build and deliver information via presentations in Google Docs and Slides 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, have a strong analytical acumen, self-motivated, able to work across functions and teams, and strong communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence your peers. You excel at driving cross-functional initiatives and can clearly communicate and effectively create alignment across a range of teams and mediums
