Your impact
- Develop and lead an in-house clinical strategy within the broader product vision, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to patient care across digital modalities
- Design and operationalize key clinical workflows that are embedded in software and delivered in members at scale
- Partner with recruiting team and build a clinical staff that delivers our members high quality, affordable outcomes
- Support quality and performance improvement metrics maximizing the value provided to HealthJoy’s clients
Your experience
- 5+ years experience as a practicing physician or physician administrator in an integrated group practice
- Demonstrated clinical executive leadership and strong track record of driving multiple success project advancements
- Outstanding communication skills including public speaking, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent judgement, initiative, and problem-solving skills
- MD and Board Certification in a recognized speciality
- Significant experience with research/publication, grant writing, or fundraising
- Advanced business training, such as an MBA or MHA is desirable
