POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking Client Analyst trainees for our 2018 Program! In this program beginning in early 2018, you will be part of an exciting class comprised of recent college graduates and those early in their career. During this program you will be trained and mentored on various skills, tasks and responsibilities to become a productive member of bswift’s Client Services team. Our 6 week Client Analyst training program will prepare you for the Client Analyst role and will help to build your analytical, troubleshooting and consulting skills. During this training program, you will be:

· Building client sites (including: benefit plan rules, details, prices, text and documents)

· Conducting regression testing to discover software enhancements or needs

· Participating in classroom style daily training & complete daily quizzes on all bswift system related training material

· Presenting client sites to bswift leadership team

 

Our Client Analysts will assist in helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers on our best-in-class HR software and services.  As a member of our team, you’ll have access to unique job training and a mentoring program that helps you foster professional growth. You’ll also be at the forefront of transforming the way people think about health and the health care industry.

After successfully completing the Client Analyst Training program, your responsibilities will be (but are not limited to):

· Building client sites (including: benefit plan rules, details, prices, text and documents)

· Testing client sites to ensure proper functionality and quality

· Conducting regression testing to discover software enhancements or needs

· Importing data into our system as needed

· Preparing employee and employer communication documents

· Triaging client tickets and/or questions (email and voicemail) and provide next response time

· Auditing system data from various sources: produce reports providing summary and details surrounding the audits

· Assisting in our call center through answering phone calls from specific clients and their employees

· Resolving data discrepancies between bswift and external vendors: insurance carriers, Third Party Administrators, and payroll/HRIS systems

· Billing tasks, which include: generating invoices, posting payments and reconciling receivables

· Assisting with ad hoc client projects as needed and assigned

· Participating in annual open enrollment by assisting client team with deliverables related to healthcare benefits, life benefits, disability plans and other human resource related services as needed

 

You are qualified to apply if you have:

· A recent Bachelor’s degree with a concentration of business, consulting, technology or related

· GPA of 3.0+ (Desired)

· Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions

· A drive for success and growth within a professional career

· Ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and new innovative approaches while maintaining a high level of quality

· 0-3 years of professional client facing experience within in analysis and data management

· 0-3 years of data interpretation and analysis experience.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.

· Proficiency in Excel is required

· High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization and accuracy/thoroughness

· Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced atmosphere

· Strong customer service orientation

· A passion for teamwork, client service and reaching business results through problem solving

· Experience with databases as well interpretation and manipulation of related data.
