Position Details

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Client Onboarding Specialist role include managing account setup and configuration, coordinating and conducting training sessions, and assisting clients with setup-related questions via phone and email to ensure successful adoption and usage of the product. 

Candidates who excel at customer service-oriented verbal and written communication, are motivated by problem-solving, and aspire to professional excellence will thrive in this role.

This position does not require any prior experience in payments or banking, but a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

What to Expect

  • Enthusiastically train new clients on the CardX products via virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Skype)
  • Build client accounts with information received from our bank partners
  • Send onboarding emails to clients who have signed up for our serviceFollowing up with clients to help them begin using the product over the phone
  • Collaborate with other members of the CardX Operations team to resolve new client inquiries
  • Document new client inquiries and issues
  • Update the CardX customer relationship management database (CRM) with client information, statuses, and settings
  • Occasionally respond to inbound client support requests by phone and email
