Description:

Connamara Systems is seeking a Client Response Manager to add to our team. You will be responsible for managing client relationships for deployed software, including trading systems and exchanges, additionally, the candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and tracking issues related to production systems.  This is a dynamic position that straddles Agile DevOps, project management and (traditional or otherwise) client interaction.

A successful candidate must be eager to learn and willing to solve complex project and devops problems. We have applications in production that span technologies including C++, Java, C#, Erlang and Ruby/Rails. These applications include user interfaces, high-frequency trading platforms, risk management systems, exchange matching engines, market data and order routing adapters.

Skills & Requirements 

• Undergraduate Degree required; CS, Engineering, or Math experience a plus
• Ability to communicate well with business stakeholders and software engineers
• Desire to solve interesting problems and learn about new technologies
• Programming experience a plus

• FIX Protocol or TDD experience a plus
