Client Success Manager

Job Summary:
Working under moderate supervision this position plays a crucial role in gauging GTreasury’s clients’ satisfaction levels and health. You will be responsible for collaborating with GTreasury’s Services and Account Management teams to develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. The Client Success Manager will understand client outcomes through ongoing collection and analysis of data and feedback and will work with GTreasury’s Services and Account Management teams to continuously enhance our onboarding and retention strategies.
What you will do:
- In work collaboration with Services and Account Management team to develop surveys that measure the satisfaction of customer interactions through surveying.
- Coordinate the delivery surveys to all GTreasury customers on a predetermined schedule to continually measure customer satisfaction levels.
- Proactively reach out to clients who have had a less than fantastic experience with GTreasury and provide an appropriate resolution plan customized to achieve positive value for the client. Maintain the communication between the customer and the internal team through to satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with Account Management to produce and maintain a reference library in SFDC of customer advocates that can provide positive referrals to GTreasury’s sales teams.
- Work in closely with Marketing to promote and drive participation in client-specific programs and campaigns such as customer webinars, joint speaking engagements, press releases and case studies.
Who we are looking for:
- 2+ years of business development, client services & support, client success, or account management experience in a SaaS or software company.
- Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role
- Experience working with, and managing, stakeholders and customers
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
- Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, or equivalent experience
