Your impact.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships to foster cultural alignment around HealthJoy’s vision and uphold metrics for accountability, quality and productivity
- Manage engagement metrics, health outcomes and utilization trends reported out to key stakeholders.
- Design and operationalize workflows for primary care wrap-around services
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance and Member Services to ensure daily operations are running smoothly and members are delighted by the primary care experience
- Develop a training and onboarding strategy for clinicians and concierges working with HealthJoy members
- Manage a team of direct reports across the functions listed above (future state)
- Manage strategy and execution for HealthJoy’s newest strategic growth opportunity focused on Clinical practices and telemedicine
- Identifying long term operational strategy for optimal scalability and growth
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to create, enhance and operationalize efforts that support the post-sale needs of Clinical clients
Your experience.
- 7+ years of experience in practice management or telemedicine
- A proven track record refining complex processes that deliver exceptional results to end users and clients
- Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to build relationships of empathy, trust, and respect with other team members, stakeholders, customers, and partners
- Strong ability to create a plan - and then constantly reassess with the constantly evolving needs of our growing business
- Must have experience and be comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment with a rapid learning curve; modifying approach to process and communication
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and prioritize opportunities
- Experience with data visualization management is a plus
- Experience with clinical quality metrics is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship navigation skills with all audiences; both internal and external
- Proven skills successfully managing executive relationships and highly technical stakeholder relationships
- Impeccable attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, follow through and independence
- Demonstrated success managing and implementing complex projects, with keen attention to detail and deadlines
