What you’ll do as a Collections Representative:

• Take inbound calls, make outbound calls, and/or communicate via email with customers
• Work with customers on setting up payment arrangements, completing payment transactions, and other collection related issues
• Provide outstanding service to customers
• Analyze bank statements to determine appropriate delivery adjustment, assess customer hardship, and provide appropriate reprieve

You’re right for this job if you have a/an:

• High school diploma or GED
• Stable job history
• Commitment to a team and department through excellent attendance
• Ability to listen to a situation and think on your feet
• Strong problem solving mindset to overcome borrower’s obstacles and be persuasive when necessary
• A desire to exceed your goals in a fast-paced, metric driven environment

Shifts available:

Must be available to work between the hours of 11:30am - 10:00pm. Some schedules do include one weekend day in the morning. 

Pay and Benefits:

• Base salary: $14 per hour, plus a $1.00 shift differential for select schedules. You will also have the opportunity to earn a performance driven bonus!
• Full-time, permanent position
