As the Contract Specialist on Fusion’s Business Operations team, you will provide support to the entire organization inputting and maintaining contract information into our system for various groups to utilize.

 

This role requires a special attention to detail as the amount of information extracted from contacts is considerable and essential to many groups within Fusion.  This information needs to be input on a timely basis and each deal will have unique characteristics which will require some thought process.  Data validation and the ability to ask questions are key in this role. Specifically, this role is responsible for:

- Contract setup post signature:

  • Validate completeness and accuracy of documents
  • Validate CRM Opportunities, update as required
  • Setup Contracts and Projects in PSA for project management, revenue recognition, and time recording. Includes recording services product, budget, contract terms & conditions, assignments, time tracking and billing milestones, revenue recognition profile, MSA, and SLA. 

- PSA data maintenance. Includes:

  • Renewal Opportunities for recurring revenue projects
  • Terminations for non-recurring/recurring projects at end of term
  • Updating project parameters for Project Managers as required

- Monthly updates of projects associated with Revenue Recognition process

- Working with Business Operations, Sales Operations, Finance and Sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar degree, or 1-2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a Business Operations, Sales Operations, Contract Administration, or Billing capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of tools (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Salesforce.com application experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and manage projects, make timely decisions, delegating tasks to peers and others within Fusion as appropriate
  • Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
