Customer Adoption Specialist
The Customer Adoption Specialist is responsible for helping to ensure our customers get the most value from our solutions. In this role, you will deliver remote and in-person services to customers as well as build one-to-many resources to promote and enhance product adoption. Your success will be measured by attainment of key metrics directly related to customer engagement: adoption rate, customer retention, ARR growth and more. Some travel may be required.
As a member of the Adoption Team, you'll partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to drive product usage and provide our customers with a great experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver remote product webinars and in-person training for end users, IT professionals and business owners
- Build and refine software adoption kit resources
- Participate in new customer onboarding and project kickoff meetings
- Translate "tech speak" into something more basic that end users can understand
- Utilize business intelligence and analytics tools available (i.e., Salesforce, Tableau and Microsoft Office apps)
Qualifications:
- Effective oral and written communication
- Tech savvy and able to learn quickly (no coding experience required)
- Expert in Microsoft Word and informed on other Office applications
- Ability to multitask successfully
- Highly personable and enjoys working as part of a team
- Experience with data analytics
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM desired
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
