The Customer Adoption Specialist is responsible for helping to ensure our customers get the most value from our solutions. In this role, you will deliver remote and in-person services to customers as well as build one-to-many resources to promote and enhance product adoption. Your success will be measured by attainment of key metrics directly related to customer engagement: adoption rate, customer retention, ARR growth and more. Some travel may be required.

As a member of the Adoption Team, you'll partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to drive product usage and provide our customers with a great experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver remote product webinars and in-person training for end users, IT professionals and business owners
  • Build and refine software adoption kit resources
  • Participate in new customer onboarding and project kickoff meetings
  • Translate "tech speak" into something more basic that end users can understand
  • Utilize business intelligence and analytics tools available (i.e., Salesforce, Tableau and Microsoft Office apps)

Qualifications:

  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Tech savvy and able to learn quickly (no coding experience required)
  • Expert in Microsoft Word and informed on other Office applications
  • Ability to multitask successfully
  • Highly personable and enjoys working as part of a team
  • Experience with data analytics
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM desired
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
