About the position
Showpad’s Customer Experience Engagement Director is responsible for leading the team that communicates the value and reach of Professional Services at Showpad to our prospects and customers. Showpad’s Professional Services function includes the team that educates, implements and extends our products as well as provide Sales Enablement expertise to our customers. This role leads the team that is on the front line as our customers learn to leverage Showpad to further equip their sales teams for growth. As the Customer Experience Engagement - Director, you will build and lead the team that serves as a bridge for our customers in understanding how and why Professional Services & Education Teams are able to accelerate that process to maximize their success.
Key responsibilities as a Customer Experience Engagement Director at Showpad
- Collaborating and partnering with the Showpad Account Executive Leaders to close new business consistently at or above quota level
- Drive the team to follow up with sales opportunities to generate new business
- Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
- Work closely with regional and global consulting, education and success partners to drive customer maturity
- Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to develop and execute sales strategy, as we introduce enhancements to existing solutions and/or release new products
- Bring your strategies and ideas to advance our company’s values and vision for the future
Skills and Qualifications we are looking for
- 7-10+ years of experience selling services & leading sales teams
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals consistently
- Experience articulating value
- Experience with calling on decision makers and executives (marketing and sales execs are a plus)
- Past success building & leading high performing teams
- Understands and embraces business cases to enhance the sales cycle
- A sharp focus on goals and a powerful work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce is a plus)
- Startup DNA is a must
- Experience with enterprise software or SaaS is a plus
- Experience with Sales Enablement
