Responsibilities:
· Outgoing, energetic personality, with a talent for fashion and sales.
· Superior desire to learn and promote the company Brand
· Provide exceptional experience through omni-channel approach including phone, email and chat.
· Superior organizational and problem solving skills with strong analytical skills
· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
· Participate and contribute to special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
· You have a passion for providing the ultimate customer experience and identifying solutions to meet the customer’s needs and win their business for life.
· 1-3 years in sales, retail or customer service
· Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
· Experience engaging customers, via telephone, email and chat interactions
· Has tenacity and enthusiasm for providing superior customer service while working as part of a team to reach customer satisfaction and retention goals
· Interest in fashion particularly menswear a plus
· Passion for providing style advice.
· Willing to work some evenings and weekends
· Flexibility-able to quickly adapt to a changing work environment and processes
· Experience with Zendesk or CRM
