Guaranteed Rate is not your typical mortgage company.  We passionately pursue the vision that our CEO, Victor Ciardelli laid out over 15 years ago; simplify and modernize the Mortgage Loan process.  We are young at heart, have tons of energy and we love what we do.  Our corporate office is conveniently located right off the brown line and features amenities like an onsite nurse practitioner, a massage therapist, gym and onsite chef.  There are regular company events and gatherings held on our 5,000 square foot rooftop deck and employees have full access to it if they feel like working outside with a great view of the city. 

Job Duties

• Internal and borrower-facing survey management
• Certification in Qualtrics Survey Platform
• QA/UAT testing for customer-facing product enhancements
• Customer Journey analysis and optimization
• Competitor experience research and monitoring
• Net Promoter Score and Customer Satisfaction reporting and analysis
• Customer reviews / testimonial management

Qualifications

• BA degree in related field:  Marketing, Communications, Business, or Public Relations
• Project Management
• Qualtrics certified
• Analytical thinker
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and written
• Office suite, html, CSS preferred
