About the Role:

RockItCoin is seeking a Customer Service Agent to help our consumers with cryptocurrency transactions made through our nationwide network of kiosks. In this role, you will learn about the consumer facing aspect of cryptocurrency transactions and gain experience in AML, KYC, with marketing websites and platforms including AdWords and Google My Business. You will work in an energetic office environment to support our rapidly expanding company as the face of RockItCoin to our consumers! The successful candidate has an upbeat and positive attitude, can remain calm when dealing with frustrated individuals, and is motivated at the thought of helping our consumers and bringing cryptocurrency to the masses.

What You Will Do:

• Answer communications from customers and assist them in buying and selling cryptocurrency at the RockItCoin kiosks.
• Maintain Customer experience in Genesis software with their crypto transactions.
• Monitor systems including Genesis, Freshdesk, Grasshopper, and Gmail.
• Provide support for customers and team in order to increase efficiency and sales.
• Follow all compliance and reporting requirements to assist RockItCoin as a registered Money Services Business (“MSB”).
• Educating customers on the ATM and the functions of the RockItCoin X app.
• Explaining blockchain to customers to help provide an understanding of what happened with their transactions.
• Miscellaneous administrative and office work.  

What We Are Looking For:

• Ability to maintain calm when speaking to frustrated customers. 
• Experience in a customer service position or call center is a plus.
• Critical thinker who is resourceful in finding solutions.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Ability to take direction and work cooperatively with others.
• Outstanding work ethic, integrity, and commitment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite. 
• Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, or another language is a plus.
