Job Description: Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate with 1-3 years experience in customer service and/or order fulfillment. This role is an opportunity for a committed and hardworking team player to grow with our business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Detail oriented and self-motivated individual able to function effectively while working independently as well as on a team.

- Passion to serve and help others with precise, quick and responsive communications, even in high-pressure situations.

- Ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude in a challenging, fast-paced, rapidly changing entrepreneurial environment.

- Positive outlook and passion for sustainability and making an impact.

- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, climb a ladder, operate a freight elevator, and walk indoors and outside the building in all weather conditions.

- Experience with Google Suite, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, BigCommerce, and/or Etsy highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Pick, pack, and fulfill all e-commerce orders daily.

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via our e-commerce sites, email, and phone.

- Prepare sample packets to send to potential new customers.

- Assist with inventory management including receiving, counting, labeling, and organizing.

- Participate in cross-functional tasks with the team to address business or administrative opportunities.
