Job Summary:

  • Works to provide support to our students, international medical trainees, during their time in the United States
  • Builds relationships with individual visitors ensuring they have the best possible experience from start to finish at their clinical rotation and in their respective program location

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide general guidance to our students to ensure their initial and continued satisfaction at their clinical rotation and with AMO’s services
  • Monitor and respond to incoming, as well as sending outgoing, communication regarding student inquiries and concerns about their program rotation in a timely manner
  • Develop, maintain, and build trusted advisor relationships with our students through understanding customer challenges, providing ongoing support, and ensuring closed-loop customer communication
  • Manage any questions, issues, and items for follow-up with our students and handling customer technical cases during their rotation time
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service over phone, email, text and live chat platforms
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

  • Experience using Zendesk or similar system preferred but not required
