Livly is seeking an entry-level Customer Success Manager to join our team in a full time position.

Livly is seeking a driven, tech-savvy, and personable Customer Success Manager to help scale our customer success function. In this role, you’ll be responsible for successfully onboarding property managers onto the Livly platformYou’ll utilize great communication, project management ability, tactical awareness, and organization to ensure that our property manager clients are set for success.  

Who we are:   We’re an early-stage property technology startup building modern applications for apartments. Livly delivers convenience, community, and value for residents and property managers. 

What you'll do in this role:  

  • Manage the lifecycle of our customers, delivering world-class customer onboarding, training, support, and engagement.  
  • Expand revenue in accounts through identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.  
  • Continuously optimize processes to enhance our value generation for our customers.
  • Drive adoption of new products as they go-to-market.  
  • Incorporate key customer feedback into product and process improvement.  
  • Uphold our mission to create joy through great products and service by delivering an exceptional experience for all customers.  
  • Ability to triage customers’ service requests and manage resolution effectively and efficiently.

  • Strategic. You provide custom service strategies by client when necessary 

What you bring to this role:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. 
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.  
  • Comfort in a highly ambiguous, consistently changing environment. 
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and provide creative solutions  
  • Ability to demo software in a live environment.  
  • Ability to train end users via a variety of modalities (e.g., written, video, teleconference).  
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
