Role

The Customer Success Rep is situated at the intersection of customer support and kitchen operations: you will be in charge of turning customers’ requests into reality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support through phone and email during afternoon and evening hours
  • Troubleshoot and resolve delivery concerns with drivers
  • Provide feedback for process and product improvements to the team
  • Assist Director of Operations with projects for continued improvement of customer experience

Schedule

  • 35-40 hrs/week
  • Thursday-Monday: 1pm-9pm

Requisites

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite, as well as ability to learn various back-end systems)
