ABOUT OUR SOFTWARE AND MACHINES

Easel is an in-browser software that rethinks and removes obstacles to digital fabrication, making it easy for anyone to use technology to make physical things. Traditionally, computer-aided machining has required specialized knowledge and skills and been confined to million-dollar labs—but Easel and the rest of the Inventables 3D carving platform are being used by the Maker community to start and grow businesses.  Our open source, build it yourself, X-Carve 3D carving machine family includes a 500mm, 750mm, and 1000mm size version.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering phone calls from customers
• Managing inbound sales support email cases both pre and post sale
• Handling Sales support cases including helping customers place orders, order status, shipping related questions, order cancellation, refunds and returns processing
• Processing reseller orders

EXPERIENCE 

Required:

• 1-2 years experience in a customer service role
• Experience handling customer service cases over the phone
• Excellent communication skills
• Empathetic and Patient aptitude

Preferred:

• Basic Knowledge of 3D Carving, CNC machines, etc
• Basic bookkeeping/light accounting skills
