Our revolutionary, web-based Easel software is easy to use 3D design and engineering software, whether you are new to designing products or familiar with CNC software. When you’re ready to carve, our X-Carve machine empowers users to create products out of a variety of materials ranging from beautiful hardwoods to colorful acrylics.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We're looking for a Customer Success Sales Support Specialist with a customer-first mentality who wants to be a part of a growing team working in an environment that promotes creativity and curiosity. We want our customers to rave about their customer service experience like they rave about our products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle incoming support requests from customers and prospects through various channels, such as live chat, email and phone
Manage inbound sales support email cases both pre and post sale
Handle Sales support cases including helping customers place orders, order status, shipping related questions, order cancellation, refunds and returns processing
Process reseller orders
Solve customer issues with an empathetic tone
Educate our customers on our products
Work to continuously learn about our target market and product offerings
EXPERIENCE
Required:
1-2 years experience in a customer service role
Experience communicating with customers over the phone
Excellent communication skills
Empathetic and Patient aptitude
Enjoys being on the phone interacting with customers
Comfortable with a flexible work schedule (10am to 6pm M-F)
Preferred:
Basic Knowledge of 3D Carving, CNC machines, etc
Basic bookkeeping/light accounting skills
Experience working with customer service software (we use Zendesk)
