Responsibilites include:

1. Act as the voice of Cubii on the front lines with customers
2. Manage customer relationships efficiently and effectively
3. Deliver best-in-class customer service over the phone, email, text, and live chat
4. Support the wider team by ensuring that customer orders, deliveries and returns are processed seamlessly, from initiation through completion
5. Liaise with Cubii’s delivery partners to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
6. Capture customer insights and work across marketing, tech and operations teams to improve the overall customer experience
7. Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience

Qualifications:

1. Experience in a customer service, sales or community development role—preferably at a consumer-centric startup
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills
3. Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
4. Friendly and patient team player who works well with a wide range of personalities
5. A ‘no task is too small’ attitude
6. Ability to work some nights and weekends
